Richard S. Kling

Graduated Northwestern University School of law, 1971, Licensed to practice in Illinois, numerous District and United States Circuit Courts, and United States Supreme court. Was an Assistant Public Defender of Cook County, Member of the Special Homicide Task force, has tried hundreds of murder and other cases ( in excess of 500 jury trials) including 28 capital cases, Is a Clinical Professor of Law at Chicago Kent College of Law since 1981 (Evidence, Forensic Sciences, Professional Responsibility) and has a full time Clinical Criminal practice through the Law Offices of the Chicago Kent College of Law. He is also a regular local and national consultant for electronic and print media in connection with high profile cases, and issues involved in criminal law.
