The lesson explores the concept of title in UCC Article 2.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the lesson, the student will be able to:
- Determine when title passes in a sale of goods transaction.
- Distinguish between good title, voidable title, and void title.
- Analyze whether the warranty of good title has been given and whether it has been breached.
- Determine who has title when goods are entrusted.
