Robert M. Lloyd is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School. Before coming to Tennessee he practiced law for seven years in Los Angeles, specializing in commercial and real estate finance. He is the former Chair of the Real Estate Financing Section of the California Bar.
