As you should know, in addition to services that are only available to CALI members, like CALI lessons, we have a growing collection of materials licensed under Creative Commons, like eLangdell eBooks. We believe our Creative Commons material should be open in the truest sense, that is, accessible to you whether you attend or work for a CALI member school or not.
The new Terms clarify that anyone who wants to use our open, Creative Commons content - in a way that complies with its license, of course - may do so. That's right, these changes were actually made so that our Terms are interpreted in less restrictive way. Read the lawyerspeak here, if you're into that sort of thing.
