The community of people working in legal aid possess a vast reservoir of knowledge and experience, but how do we capture and disseminate that knowledge to other attorneys in an engaging way? Just watching a training video online can be boring and unengaging. Pro bono attorneys often need to learn just a little bit more to help our clients. During this session we will share lessons learned from three organizations’ experience creating on demand trainings for pro bono attorneys, law students and clients. See demos of what they each developed, and discuss how the legal aid community could collaborate on content development.
