A few weeks back we teamed up with Valparaiso Law Librarian Sarah Glassmeyer, the Legal Information Institute at Cornell Law School, and Justia to create the Law Student Guide to Free Legal Research on the Internet. You can also print the PDF version of the guide.
Besides being an example of another great Classcaster blog, we think it's a much-needed tool for law profs who want to teach, or law students who want to learn, more practical research methods. Because we all know that many students go on to jobs that don't have the same completely unlimited access to expensive legal research that they do in law school.
You can learn more about this project at https://freelaw.classcaster.net/ and don't forget to subscribe to the blog. Check out the Librarian Resources if you're an instructor. If you teach about free legal resources in class already and have teaching materials you'd like to share through the resources page, please let us know.
